Evander DeJesus, Business Owner of Premiere Building Services LLC, brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in janitorial operations and facility management. His career began after arriving in the United States from Brazil in the late 1990s, where he was introduced to the cleaning industry and developed a strong passion for the field through practical experience and continuous learning.
From 2002 to 2020, Evander served as a janitorial manager overseeing more than 220 employees across Class A and B commercial properties in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Georgia. During this time, he managed large-scale operations, implemented structured training programs, and ensured consistent service delivery across demanding environments. His expertise in commercial cleaning today reflects that same commitment to efficiency, reliability, and attention to detail.
After losing his position during the COVID-19 pandemic, Evander founded Premiere Building Services LLC in 2020 with a clear goal: to create a dependable, high-quality cleaning company that delivers consistent results while supporting the needs of local businesses. His leadership emphasizes structured processes, scalable staffing, and clear communication, ensuring every client receives reliable service backed by measurable outcomes. Outside of work, Evander enjoys sports, cooking, reading, and watching drama films.
